Welcome to Oak Class
Oak class is taught by Miss Whitmore Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Miss Harrison on a Thursday and Friday with Mrs Dhesi as the year 5 and 6 HLTA all week.
Learning for this term
This term we will be writing a range of genres including, poetry, story writing description and creative writing.
This term will focus on properties of shapes, ratio, algebra (year 6), position and direction and we will be carrying out investigations. perimeter.
PE is on a Tuesday and Wednesday this term, please come to school dressed in PE kit on these days.

Homework
TT rockstars, targets will be given out on a Monday and will be checked the following Monday with Miss Whitmore.
Topic homework will be due every other Friday with Miss Harrison. Please see the grid sent home or on seesaw.
Please read with your child at least 3 times per week and mark it in their reading record - they will be entered into the reading raffle for reading 3 times at home.
Spelling lists will be sent on a Monday and they will be tested on a Monday with Miss Whitmore.
